Evaluate foreign missile C3 architectures, map node structures, analyze communications pathways, characterize vulnerabilities and resilience, and develop high-fidelity assessments informed by GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT and OSINT. Lead intensive analytic efforts focused on strategic missile C3 nodes, integrate multi-disciplined intelligence, develop indicators and warning frameworks, and extrapolate technical behaviors beyond the current intelligence record. Identify information gaps and threat information needs and process requests for information (RFI) tools to conduct additional collection and analysis.
