Scope of work will be varied but will focus on supporting the multiple organizations utilizing the applications. * Work closely with business teams to understand business processes and translate those processes into application workflows. * Assist with implementation testing and projects. * Generate and provide training and training documentation as needed for multiple personnel, faculty, students, and help desk personnel. * Manage the development of knowledge base tools, processes, and workflows. * Write and execute software automation scripts, macros, and testing applications as needed to fulfill business objectives. * Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues related to application use, design and configuration. * Ensures that all accounts are created accurately and within a timely manner. Manage multiple customer issues simultaneously.
