Salary Range: A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications. ## Description Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Systems Administrator to provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for complex Information Technology (IT) systems within a secure government environment. In this role, you will manage IT system infrastructure and oversee processes that ensure optimal performance and reliability across client, server, storage, network, and mobile systems. You will provide Tier 1 through Tier 3 support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution while coordinating escalation activities and communicating status updates to agency management and internal customers. This position involves configuring and managing UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems, installing and maintaining software, and implementing enhancements to improve system performance.
