Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Senior Consultant in the Sales & Service team, you drive business requirements, design, prototyping, and process design to enable transformative CRM implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map scenarios, test solutions, and train users, while shaping support procedures. This role supports global customer transformation by delivering innovative sales and service experiences across industries. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, leading workstreams and building strong client relationships, with a clear impact on customer outcomes.
