Experteer Overview As M&A IT Manager, you guide technology-focused transactions by evaluating IT environments and shaping integration and separation strategies. You lead IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams across deals, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition milestones. You will develop practical Day 1 and long-term roadmaps and craft client-ready materials for executives. This role sits within Deloitte's M&A I&D team, offering a mission-driven opportunity to influence deal outcomes and future-state IT architectures.
