You evaluate IT environments, define Day 1, TSA, and long-term transition plans, and drive execution across deal milestones. You lead cross-functional workstreams, coach junior staff, and develop client-ready materials and roadmaps. You collaborate with business, finance, cybersecurity, and IT teams to shape target architectures and risk-aware transformations.
