Experteer Overview Join Deloitte's Sales & Service team to lead Amazon Connect technical transformation across onshore and offshore delivery. You will design Connect services, guide cloud architecture on AWS, and manage multi-disciplinary teams to drive customer transformation initiatives. You'll shape engagement delivery, ensure quality, and identify new sales opportunities with clients. This role combines strategy, technology, and hands-on leadership in a global, fast-paced environment.
