Experteer Overview In this M&A IT Manager role, you drive IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation within deals to enable smooth transitions. You work with cross-functional teams to assess technology environments and design Day 1, TSA, and long-term transition plans. You'll manage multi-workstream delivery, develop operating models and roadmaps, and present outcomes to executives. This position offers the chance to shape IT integration strategies for high-stakes transactions and contribute to Deloitte's M&A I&D practice.
