Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager II in Deloitte's Cyber practice, you guide security for Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM, shaping governance, risk and compliance solutions to reduce risk and improve controls. You lead security assessments, design access controls, and enable secure operations through Risk Management Cloud capabilities. You manage multi-release and multi-country programs, drive reusable delivery accelerators, and partner with clients to translate security strategy into operations. This role combines leadership, technical depth, and client-facing impact in a dynamic environment.
