## Description

Experteer Overview As Manager, Strategy, Growth and Transformation, you will lead functional strategy and design for IFS Cloud Enterprise Asset Management and Work Management for utilities. You'll guide cross-functional teams to define outcomes, backlogs, and design documents, and run client workshops to capture processes and requirements. You'll translate needs into epics and user stories in Azure DevOps, shaping delivery across build, testing, and change management. You'll mentor colleagues and lead workstreams, delivering value through asset management and transformation initiatives.
