## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead functional support and transformation initiatives for Oracle Retail Cloud apps within Deloitte AMS engagements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage incidents and releases, and drive continuous improvement. You'll support MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and related integrations, while helping deliver both support and implementations. You'll work with senior stakeholders and engage across retail domains to enable stable, automated, and high-value outcomes.
