## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead Salesforce-driven transformations to improve sales and service experiences for clients. You'll work within the Sales & Service team to translate business needs into functional designs, prototypes, and process flows, while guiding testing, training, and support. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end CRM implementations that align with client strategies. The opportunity centers on shaping customer-facing solutions at scale and contributing to Deloitte's mission of practical, impactful transformation.
