Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant on the Sales & Service team, you help shape customer-focused transformation initiatives through Salesforce implementations. You work with cross-functional clients to capture requirements, design functional solutions, prototype, test, train, and support deployments that enhance sales and service experiences. You will lead workstreams and collaborate with teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role offers exposure to global customer transformation programs and a mix of strategy, technology, and client advisory work. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements throughout the project * Design functional solutions and prototypes; map processes and scenarios * Lead testing, training, and the definition of support procedures * Support Salesforce implementations and project/workstream leadership * Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure timely delivery and quality * Manage multiple tasks in a
fast-paced environment and provide clear guidance to stakeholders Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience, including program and workshop design * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations across at least two clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud) * Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field, or equivalent experience * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Salesforce certifications (preferred) Key requirements *
