Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive Salesforce-based functional transformations for the Sales & Service domain, aligning business requirements with design and implementation. You will work with cross-functional teams to map processes, prototype solutions, and guide testing and training to ensure successful deployments. You'll contribute to Deloitte's global customer transformation initiatives across industries, delivering high-quality, scalable CRM experiences. This is a client-facing, impact-focused opportunity to shape how organizations engage customers and optimize service, sales, and marketing workflows.
