Experteer Overview In this role you will drive customer transformation through Salesforce-enabled sales, service, and experience solutions. You'll work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design or prototype processes, and support implementations that enhance client relationships and retention. You'll lead workstreams, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a client-facing position with a focus on practical impact, scale, and continuous learning. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements throughout the project * Design functional solutions, prototyping, and process design with flow mapping * Lead testing, training, and development of support procedures * Support Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds and projects * Coordinate and lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks * Build professional relationships and communicate effectively with
stakeholders * Provide clear guidance and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment * Travel up to ~50% as needed for client engagements Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud) * Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * Broad range of benefits * Discretionary annual incentive program * Reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities * Inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives * Opportunities for learning and mentorship * Professional development programs
