You will scale high-throughput formulation and AI/ML-enabled workflows to accelerate discovery within a fast-moving, cross-functional R&D environment. You'll guide experimental design, data interpretation, and collaboration across teams to meet program milestones. This position combines scientific leadership with hands-on formulation science to push delivery technologies beyond liver targeting.
