Experteer Overview In this role you will lead instrument software development programs for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) products, guiding agile teams and external vendors to deliver on schedule and within regulatory constraints. You will pair technical leadership with program management to ensure quality and timely execution in a matrix environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align scope, cost, and milestones, while shaping a culture of collaboration and accountability. This is a patient-focused, innovation-driven opportunity at a global medical technology leader. You will help sustain meaningful medical innovations that improve patient outcomes.
