You should combine strong UI expertise with strategic thinking, technical understanding, and excellent collaboration skills. * 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI Designer, or Design System Designer. * Proven experience owning, building, or scaling design systems within a product company. * Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, libraries, and branching workflows. * Strong UI design skills with a deep understanding of scalable component-based systems. * Solid UX knowledge and the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations. * Experience collaborating closely with frontend engineers and understanding design implementation processes. * Ability to clearly communicate and defend design decisions while facilitating productive discussions with stakeholders. * Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and a passion for creating high-quality design solutions.
