* Aufnahme und Vorqualifizierung von Kundenanfragen in ein Ticket System
 * Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen im 1st Level Support via Telefon, Remote oder beim Kunden vor Ort
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Bestandssystemen
 * Konzipierung und Bereitstellung von neuen Kundenspezifischen Lösungen auf Basis aktueller IT Hard- und Software
 * Dokumentation in der internen Knowledge Base
 * Überwachung kritischer Systemprozesse via Server-Monitoring Lösungen
