n, Während Ihrer 3-jährigen Ausbildung lernen Sie vor allem die Bereiche Support und Vertrieb kennen. Dort vermitteln wir Ihnen technisches und kaufmännisches Wissen über unser Produkt- und Dienstleistungs-Portfolio, welches Sie im Rahmen der Beratung von Interessenten, der Neukundengewinnung, der Kundenbetreuung sowie der Kundenbindung einsetzen. Sie durchlaufen alle Stationen einer Anfrage, von der Annahme per E-Mail oder Telefon, über die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen bis hin zur abschließenden Auftragserteilung. Sie kommunizieren und korrespondieren dabei auch in englischer Sprache mit unseren Bestandskunden und Interessenten.
