 * Extraktion, Aufbereitung, Analyse und Visualisierung von Daten mit SQL, Python, Excel sowie modernen BI-Tools wie Power BI und anderen KI-gestützten Tools
 * Identifikation von Mustern, Abweichungen, Umsatztreibern und Effizienzpotenzialen entlang der Customer Journey und interner Prozesse
 * Übersetzung komplexer Business-Anforderungen in klare Analysen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen
 * Unterstützung bei der datenbasierten Steuerung von E-Commerce-, Sales- und Operations-Prozessen
 * Automatisierung manueller Reporting-Strecken und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Datenqualität, Transparenz und Verfügbarkeit
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern aus unterschiedlichen Teams, um relevante KPIs, Reporting-Standards und Steuerungslogiken zu definieren
