## Description

* Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehört die GIS-Anwenderbetreuung sowie der First Level Support für interne und externe Anwender*innen.
 * Dabei fungierst du als Schnittstelle zwischen den GIS-Anwender*innen und der IT-Abteilung.
 * Du übernimmst die GIS-Systemadministration, inklusive der Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und der Erstellung von Handbüchern.
 * In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen entwickelst du neue Arbeitsprozesse im GIS-Umfeld.
 * Zudem erstellst du Abfragen und führst Analysen von GIS-Daten durch.
 * Du bist verantwortlich für die Durchführung der Qualitätssicherung, einschließlich der Fehleranalyse.
