## About the Role

2+ years in Product Management (DevOps, Platform, or Engineering products).
3+ years in a technical role (Software Engineering, DevOps, Technical PM).
Experience working in cloud-native environments.
Strong exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
Technical expertise
Strong knowledge of AWS services (ECR, S3, EKS, etc.).
Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, IaC, packaging, QA, vulnerability management).
Familiarity with cloud-native architecture (microservices, event-driven, serverless).
Understanding of DevOps maturity models and platform governance
Skills
Analytical and structured thinking.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
What can earn you extra points
Experience in regulated financial services or payments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Exposure to CISO environments and security-by-design principles.
