This is a dedicated, domain-owning Director who ensures execution velocity, delivery governance, and clear DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) accountability across all initiatives in the ops modernization roadmap. Unlike a traditional program manager, this role operates as an engineering-adjacent delivery leader and deeply embedded in the technical teams, removing blockers at pace, and ensuring the single prioritized backlog is executed with rigor and focus. This role reports directly to the Head of Digital Ops Modernization and partners closely with the Senior Director of Web Modernization, the Integration Platform, and Architecture domain leads.
