Experteer Overview In this role you drive the thermal system design for GM vehicles, spanning propulsion, cabin, and vehicle thermal management. You lead cross-commodity integration to achieve cohesive vehicle-level performance, guiding architecture choices and trade-offs under tight timelines. You'll mentor global teams, communicate with leadership, and push data-driven decisions to protect thermal performance and customer experience. This is a high-impact role at scale, shaping how GM vehicles stay cool, efficient, and connected.
