## Description

Experteer Overview As a Lead Databricks FDE, you will guide senior, client-facing engineering pods that deploy GenAI solutions into production for strategic clients. You set technical direction, unblock delivery, and contribute hands-on design, review, and debugging. You translate trade-offs for client leaders and influence executives while keeping credibility in technical delivery. Pods may operate onshore or in hybrid configurations to maximize speed and scale. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact from GenAI initiatives.
