Experteer Overview As an M&A IT Manager, you guide clients through technology-focused deal work by evaluating IT environments, shaping integration and separation strategies, and driving execution across transaction milestones. You will lead IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams to support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you develop actionable roadmaps, Day 1 plans, and long-term technology outcomes. This role offers impact across high-stakes transactions and transformative programs.
