Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte's Sales & Service, you lead an onshore functional team to deliver Fusion Field Service Cloud projects, translating business needs into effective service designs. You act as the primary client contact, guide requirement gathering, persona and process flow creation, backlog grooming, and sprint demos. You combine Oracle Field Service expertise with strong leadership to drive multi-team initiatives and accountable delivery. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client impact, shaping large-scale field service transformations.
