The Principal Consultant provides subject matter expertise across Core HR while collaborating with project leadership, technical teams, and architects to ensure successful project delivery. This role also supports client relationship management, functional leadership of project teams, and the adoption of Oracle HCM best practices. Duties/Responsibilities: Own the client: * Build and maintain strong relationships with client HR stakeholders. * Support executive alignment regarding project direction and escalations. * Manage and ensure timely issue identification and resolution. * Participate in projects as a Principal Consultant with primary responsibility for Core HR functional delivery. Own the functional solution: * Manage the day-to-day functional relationship and alignment with the customer. * Lead Core HR design workshops and discovery sessions. * Translate client business requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations. * Work with the Solution Architect and project leadership to determine the best solution for the customer. * Configure and deliver solutions aligned with Oracle best practices and project standards. * Provide functional leadership and mentorship to consultants and analysts on the project team.
