As an individual contributor, you will work closely with partners across Product, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Billing, Data, and Customer Experience, bringing well-rounded business acumen to investigate complex account questions, uncover root causes, and turn messy data into clear, actionable insights. Day to day, you will work with Product to help improve our EHR platform, through analyses of metrics, trends and experimentation. You will also dig into billing workflows, identify where things break down, and help teams make informed conclusions that improve accuracy, reduce friction, and support sustainable growth.
