Experteer Overview In this role you drive functional design and implementation for Salesforce-based customer transformation in the Sales & Service space. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements, prototype solutions, and map processes to deliver scalable CRM experiences. You'll work on multiple client engagements across industries, shaping how sales, service, and customer success systems support business goals. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with opportunities to lead workstreams and mentor others. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements throughout delivery * Create functional designs and prototypes; design processes including scenario design and flow mapping * Lead testing, training, and definition of support procedures; support implementations * Build professional relationships and guide project teams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Provide clear guidance and leadership to others on aaaa
mapping Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience including program and workshop design * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud) * Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
