Experteer Overview In this role, you drive Workday HCM implementations and optimizations within Deloitte's HR Strategy & Technology team. You translate business needs into functional designs, lead client workshops, and guide cross-functional delivery to ensure successful deployments. You will shape HR technology solutions that enhance workforce experience while partnering with clients to navigate complex transformations. This is an opportunity to influence large-scale HR programs and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams in a dynamic setting.
