Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of Amazon Connect services and oversee onshore and offshore development teams to drive cloud-based contact center transformations. You'll advise clients on AWS best practices, ensure project quality, and identify sales opportunities within existing accounts. You'll work with a cross-functional team to blend strategy, technology, and creativity in a global Sales & Service transformation effort. This position offers the chance to shape customer experiences at scale within a leading consulting firm.
