Experteer Overview In this role, you design and oversee Amazon Connect services for Deloitte's Sales & Service transformation, guiding onshore and offshore teams to deliver cloud-based contact center solutions. You'll advise on AWS best practices, ensure project quality, and spot opportunities within client accounts. You'll work with a cross-functional team to shape customer experiences and drive growth through innovative digital solutions. This position combines strategy, technology, and delivery to solve complex customer problems.
