## About the Role

At least 4 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive or Digital Workplace solutions.
Hands?on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or comparable AI and automation technologies.
Solid understanding of governance, security, and compliance within modern cloud platforms.
Experience designing, implementing, and enhancing enterprise IT solutions in international environments.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable IT solutions.
Excellent communication and consulting skills with a collaborative mindset.
Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
Good English communication skills (minimum B2) and willingness to travel up to 10%.
