Strong hands-on experience with Databricks in production environments. Strong experience with Spark, Py Spark, SQL, and modern data engineering practices. Experience designing and building cloud-native data platforms on Azure. Experience implementing Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Databricks Workflows, and data governance controls. Experience building scalable batch and streaming data pipelines. Strong understanding of data products, metadata management, lineage, and platform governance. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Education & Qualifications Databricks certifications. Experience with Data Products, Data Mesh, or modern data platform operating models. Experience with Power BI integration and semantic data models. Experience supporting AI/ML workloads and analytics platforms. Experience in aviation or similar operational industries is a plus.
