## About the Role

A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
3+ years of relevant full-time experience in IT ServiceDesk.
Experience supporting Windows and MacOSX environments.
Experience supporting SaaS tools: Google Workspace and Slack services.
Experience with Atlassian's JIRA Service Desk.
Bonus for having knowledge in creating/maintaining automations and SD portal creation/configuration.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills with a technical mindset.
Great communication skills and solution-oriented approach.
Nice to Haves:
