## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream, guiding strategy to deployment and ensuring alignment with business, functional, technical, and security requirements. You serve as a senior client-facing advisor, drive integration design and risk management, and oversee cross-functional teams through delivery and post-launch stabilization. You shape reusable assets and share knowledge to strengthen Deloitte's Oracle HCM Cloud practice. This role offers exposure to public sector programs and high-impact HR transformation work across clients.
