## Description

Experteer Overview As a Manager on the Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations team, you drive end-to-end integration strategy and delivery for public sector Oracle Cloud HCM deployments. You will lead cross-functional, client-facing design discussions and ensure secure, high-quality solutions. Your work spans architecture, data mapping, testing, and go-live support, with a focus on enabling HR transformation through AI-enabled technologies. You will mentor practitioners and contribute to reusable assets to scale delivery.
