 * Train users on processes, KPIs, dashboards, and Odoo usage.
 * Analyze existing workflows across all departments and document current-state processes.
 * SharePoint Flows processes
 * Design and implement standardized processes, SOPs, and governance structures.
 * Define KPIs and develop dashboards to track performance and adoption.
 * Build reports and executive dashboards for decision-making.
 * Drive adoption through follow-up, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
