Experteer Overview In this role you help clients transform their HR landscape by leading Workday functional implementations and optimizations. You will translate business needs into functional designs, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth testing, deployment, and stabilization. You'll work within Deloitte's HR Strategy & Technology practice to drive workforce experience and HR capability, tackling complex challenges at scale. This is a client-facing, impact-driven role that blends domain knowledge with hands-on configuration and design.
