The Lead Full Stack Engineer works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.You will report to the Associate Director of Software Engineering. The Lead Full Stack Engineer is involved in all stages of software development. This includes front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management. You are experienced with Cloud-based services and development end-to-end. You can work with autonomy while collaborating with others on architectural and process decisions. You are comfortable with giving and receiving feedback from your teammates and others in the organization. You conceptualize what you need to do from incomplete and evolving requirements. Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners.
