What Would Be Nice To Have : * Doctoral degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, or related field. * Experience leading client-facing initiatives and providing executive-level recommendations. * Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and mentor technical staff. * Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. * Experience leading national, multistate, or enterprise surveillance initiatives. * Experience leading projects on HIV surveillance processes and data * Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, or predictive modeling applications. * Experience with cloud-native public health analytics environments including Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or Palantir Foundry. * Experience with public health informatics, interoperability standards, or data modernization initiatives. * Experience supporting outbreak response, disease surveillance, or population health management programs. * Established record of scientific publication, conference presentations, and thought leadership. * Prior consulting experience leading complex federal or public-sector engagements. ## Description Guidehouse is seeking an Epidemiology/Surveillance Lead to provide scientific leadership and strategic oversight for surveillance, epidemiology, analytics, and public health data modernization programs. This individual will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering high-impact public health data products, advanced analytic solutions, and surveillance capabilities that support population health decision making.
