You'll work directly with customers and internal teams to solve complex production challenges, investigate issues, improve system reliability, and build automation that eliminates repetitive work. Our customers depend on Yes Energy to run critical market operations involving settlements, billing, scheduling, and energy transactions worth millions of dollars each day. Success in this role is not measured by lines of code written. It is measured by making systems more reliable, reducing operational friction, improving customer outcomes, and creating leverage for the broader organization.
