Working within the Office of Innovation & Technology's Applications and Data Services (ADS) unit, you'll design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Salesforce, .NET, Azure, and other modern technologies. You'll also provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, guiding solution design, and helping deliver complex projects from concept through implementation. This role serves as a senior technical expert and trusted advisor, partnering with business teams and IT colleagues to modernize applications, integrate new technologies, improve data management, and solve complex technical challenges. You'll have the opportunity to shape application architecture, strengthen development practices, and influence technology decisions that support the agency's long-term goals. The systems you develop and maintain enable essential public health programs, licensing, regulatory oversight, and data-driven decision making across Washington.
