## About the Role

* At least 7 years of professional experience in software development
 * Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript
 * Backend expertise in Golang, Node.js, or Java (advanced knowledge of at least one required)
 * Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
 * Previous experience operating as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer
 * Solid understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
 * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

 * Background in aviation, transportation, or safety-critical software systems
 * Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
 * Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
 * Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
 * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
 * Demonstrated experience mentoring team members and performing code reviews
