This position provides expert guidance on coding standards, scalable solution design, and development best practices to agency and departmental Salesforce development teams. The role supports 11 statewide Salesforce orgs leveraging Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, each with unique business processes and implementation complexity. The Developer II ensures custom development aligns with STS governance, architectural direction, and security standards. This position collaborates closely with agency development teams, vendor partners, and internal Salesforce org owners to deliver secure, maintainable, and highquality solutions that support critical services for Tennesseans. Public sector experience and familiarity with multiorg environments are preferred.
