## Description

Experteer Overview As a Manager on Deloitte's HR Transformation team, you lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations from strategy to deployment, aligning with business, technical, and security requirements. You act as a senior client advisor, guiding design discussions and resolving complex integration challenges while communicating status and risks. You oversee inbound/outbound integrations, data mapping, testing, and go-live activities, ensuring quality across cross-functional teams. This role sits at the intersection of HR tech and government/public sector programs, offering meaningful impact through scalable cloud solutions.
