## Description

Experteer Overview As a Lead Databricks FDE, you guide senior client-facing engineering pods that deliver GenAI-enabled solutions into production for Deloitte's strategic clients. You set technical direction, clear delivery blockers, and remain hands-on in design, review, and debugging. You translate trade-offs for executive stakeholders and leverage global delivery to scale. You lead cross-functional pods, drive governance, and ensure high-quality engineering and data foundations in cloud environments. This role blends client leadership with hands-on technical delivery to advance AI-driven transformation.
