Experteer Overview In this role you will help drive SAP data migration and transformation within Deloitte's GPS practice. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and readiness for SAP S/4HANA deployments, supporting both employee and asset lifecycle data migrations. You will contribute to end-to-end migration cycles, testing, and cutover readiness, shaping how clients realize value from digital transformation. This is an opportunity to apply data engineering and advisory skills in a government and public sector context, delivering measurable performance improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities including profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, and validation * Partner with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues across migration cycles * Migrate employee lifecycle data, including worker master data, organizational aaaa
employee compensation, time, benefits, and HR infotypes/objects * Migrate asset lifecycle data, including fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization details, depreciation attributes, and retirement history * Execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness activities to ensure migrated data aligns with business, finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting requirements Tasks * Bachelor's degree * 3+ years of experience supporting SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management activities * 3+ years experience profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA * 3+ years experience in migrating either employee lifecycle data or asset lifecycle data * Ability to travel ~25% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
